airlink introduces additional antananarivo service
Effective 1 October 2007, Airlink will be introducing an additional Monday flight from Johannesburg to Antananarivo, Madagascar.
Airlink currently operates their flight schedule on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays using the 89 seater, BAE146-200 aircraft. The introduction of the additional service is in response to traveler demand, the Monday flight will provide business travelers from both South Africa and Madagascar with a wider choice of departure days as well as accommodating the honeymoon market. Leisure travelers and shoppers living on Madagascar can also now enjoy a long weekend in South Africa, departing on Airlink’s Friday flight and returning Mondays.
Airlink operates this route in code share with Air Madagascar.
