airlink increases service to mpumalanga
Effective 1 November 2007, Airlink will be introducing an additional daily Monday to Friday late return flight departure between Johannesburg (JNB) and Mpumalanga (MQP).
Airlink currently operates the JNB MQP flight schedule with seven daily return flights Monday to Friday and three daily return flights on Saturdays and Sundays. This existing schedule already caters for a day of business with same-day returns.
The introduction of the additional service is in response to numerous business traveller requests to allow for a longer working day, the evening return flights will depart from JNB at 17:40 arriving MQP at 18:35 and depart MQP at18:55 arriving JNB 20:00. These later flights will however not connect with other domestic or intercontinental flights and are aimed solely at point to point customer demand.
