REPORTS TO: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
1. Purpose
1. To ensure that the content of each HR Personal file is filed in a chronological sequence of effects and that all files are filed alphabetically.
2. To assist the Stationary Stores Controller & Buyer with ordering and receiving of stationary.
3. Responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with Company Standards and
Occupational Health and Safety Standards.
2. Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1. The minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
2. A minimum of 1 year administration working experience.
3. Strong written communication, administration and computer skills are minimum requirements for incumbent.
4. Computer literate on Microsoft Office is essential (Word, Power Point, Excel,
E-mail, etc.)
5. Good public relations, communication and interpersonal relation skills are essential.
6. Must be detail conscious and understand systems and procedures.
7. Accuracy of work is critical.
8. Must be meticulous, accurate, precise, thorough and logical.
9. Must be able to work under pressure and be self motivated.
10. Have a broad understanding of the Airlink Operations.

1. The minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
2. Must have relevant Diploma / Degree.
3. A minimum of 2 to 3 years working experience in Human Resources.
4. Knowledge of the VIP Payroll System will be an added advantage.
5. Computer literate on Microsoft Office is essential (Word, Power Point, Excel, E-mail, etc.)

JOB TITLE: FLEET CAPTAIN - J41
DIVISION: FLIGHT OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT - PILOTS
LOCATION: O R TAMBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT - JOHANNESBURG
REPORTS TO: CHIEF PILOT - J41
1. Purpose
1. Responsible for route familiarization and Line Indoctrination.
2. Responsible to the Chief Pilot to ensure that a high standard of training, proficiency and professional conduct is maintained throughout the Company on aircraft of specific fleet.
3. Perform normal line Pilot duties, Line checks and Instruments flights if so authorised.
4. Request and advise training needs in accordance with guidelines for performance assessment as are appropriate to ensure that the standard and proficiency of pilots are maintained.
5. Ensure that the Line Check and Training Captains fulfil their responsibilities, as the Fleet Captain carries ultimate responsibility for upholding the standard of his fleet both in training and proficiency.
6. Responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with Aviation Safety Standards and in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety Standards.
2. Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1. Previous management experience is preferred.
2. Acceptable level of maturity.
3. Have knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
4. Must have a strong personality and be confident, whilst maintaining diplomacy.
5. Knowledge of Air Navigation Regulations.
6. Knowledge of Civil Aviation Regulations.
7. Knowledge of CATS and CARS.
8. At least one year experience in the aircraft fleet operation.

1. Review, fine-tune and/or redesign Standard Operating Procedures.
2. Serve of Selection Panel.
3. New crew line release check.
4. New Captain Line release Check.
5. Annual Line Checks.
6. Responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with Aviation Safety Standards and in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety Standards.
2. Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1. Acceptable level of maturity.
2. Competent in aspects of aircraft handling and management relevant to the proposed checking duties.
3. Have high working knowledge of MS Word.
4. Demonstrate ability and temperament to observe Pilot performance critically without entering into the activity or interfering in any way.
5. Good knowledge of Standard Operating Procedure and Company Policy.
